Decoplage, located in South Beach, Miami is a 16 story condominium sporting 667 apartments. The building was erected in 1965 and was developed by the Merco Group. Although this condo is well over 40 years old, it does not fail to offer great visual appeal and it is very large. It is large to the point that it may seem overwhelming to a person standing in front of it or even seeing it from a distance.

Nevertheless, this is a condominium that does not rely solely on its architecture to suggest that it is the epitome of fine living in Miami. With stone walkways lined with palm trees and an overall solid appearance, it is sophistication. One can easily enjoy what residents have been enjoying for over 40 years – a condo that looks expensive, acts expensive, and is expensive to the financial standards of some.

The building was constructed with studios and 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. Each apartment has its own private balcony that is accessed through sliding glass doors. The balconies simply add to the visual appeal of the building, showing off the fact that there are private balconies, while some of the other condominiums don’t have this advantage.
